We have a franchise with the Legal Aid Agency to offer legal aid in some areas of law. We will carry out a legal aid eligibility assessment during your initial consultation. Emma Sackville
DIRECTOR and head of Criminal defence team
I qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and have worked in criminal defence throughout my career. I trained with a firm in North London but in 2000, I came back to my south-east London roots, and set up the criminal defence department of Morrison Spowart. I am a duty solicitor and a member of the LCCSA (London Criminal Courts Solicitors Association) and the YPA (Youth Practitioners Association). I have worked on some high-profile cases but I am equally dedicated to getting the best results for every client I represent. I feel very strongly that everyone should have equal access to justice. I am very lucky to be able to do a job I love.

Kristy Strouts
DIRECTOR and head of Family Law team
I have been working in family law in Kent and South East London since 2002. I have extensive experience in this area, having dealt with Children Act proceedings as well as divorces and complex private children law matters and managed a number of offices and teams. I frequently undertake my own advocacy including contested final hearings. I am a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and the Children Panel which means I can be instructed by Guardians.
